Core provided project management services for the design and construction of a new Fire Training Facility to enhance the Fire Service provided to Surrey residents and municipalities beyond. The City of Surrey requested that a new building be constructed at their existing fire training facility, located at 14901 and 14923 – 64 Avenue. The existing training facility was maintained until the completion of the new facility.

The new facility has clean and dirty conference rooms, training rooms, change rooms, administration offices, and support spaces. A rooftop observation deck is also provided along with training structures and apparatus.

The total building square footage is 12,000 sq. ft.
