Core is currently providing project management services on behalf of St. Georges School for the rezoning and redevelopment of a new school campus in the Dunbar neighborhood of Vancouver. Phase 1 includes two academic buildings and a 900-seat dining hall. Future phases will include an athletics building, a theatre building, and both student and teacher accommodations.
This is a master-planned project with input from Art Gensler of Gensler Architecture. This project will also include construction of two new exterior play fields, which will be used for a variety of sporting events for the 1,150 boys enrolled in the school.
