The Timberline at North Park

On behalf of VRS, Core is providing full project management services for the planning, design, phasing, approvals, and construction oversight for the Timberline at North Park Seniors Housing project in Port Alberni. VRS purchased the 2.5-acre lot in the Anderson Hill area to provide much-needed housing for seniors in the area, with a 5-storey wood frame building to be constructed with 102 units, and a large clubhouse. This building will also serve the needs of 10 high-needs VRS clients, which will require full accessibility for clients with varying levels of disabilities and meet all applicable accessibility regulations.
