Core provided project management services to the City of North Vancouver on the Shipyards Lot 5 development in the City’s central waterfront area of Lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver. The main objective of this unique waterfront development was to create a year-round “people place” that will cater to a range of age and income groups.
The development includes restaurants, retail shops, and a hotel surrounding a public water play feature for the summer months and an outdoor skating rink that will include a skating trail to complement the open rink. The outdoor public skating rink is the largest in North America.
