Seismic upgrade and envelope re-cladding of elementary school

Core provided project management services on behalf of St. Bernadette Parish for the seismic upgrade and envelope re-cladding of the existing 37-year-old St. Bernadette Elementary School. The project upgraded the school to meet today’s standard for structural and seismic design. The existing T&G siding was replaced to add a rainscreen and match assemblies from an addition completed in 2005. This project was completed during the summer break of 2022 with no impact to the school operations.

CORE worked with St. Bernadette Parish on seismic upgrade and envelope re-cladding.
